Frederik joined Accent Equity in 2026. Prior to joining, he worked at AIP Management and Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, Danish-based infrastructure fund managers focused on renewable energy investments. His experience spans portfolio performance, valuation, and value creation within private equity infrastructure. Frederik holds an MSc in Finance & International Business from Aarhus University.
