- Key management will co-invest and continue to develop the company in close cooperation with Accent Equity
The investment fund Accent Equity 2017 has signed an agreement to acquire Norcospectra from SEB Private Equity and a number of minority shareholders. Norcospectra’s management team will continue in their current roles and co-invest alongside Accent Equity.
Norcospectra is a leading provider of tailored interior and furnishing solutions for commercial spaces. The Company provides a complete offering including concept design, inhouse production and project management to retail, restaurant and office customers in Norway, Poland and Sweden.

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close during Q2 2022.
