- Linotol is the market leading supplier of industrial flooring solutions in Scandinavia, and C Holmqvist has a strong position within industrial flooring in Southern Sweden. The companies serve property owners, developers and construction companies with flooring solutions mainly for logistics and industrial purposes
- The founders will retain a significant ownership stake in the new group, and key personnel will invest alongside Accent Equity and the founders
Accent Equity has signed an agreement to acquire the majority ownership in Linotol and C Holmqvist Entreprenad from their founders. The founders will retain a significant ownership stake in the new group and will remain active in the group’s operations. Key personnel will also invest alongside Accent Equity and will continue to develop and grow the company.
Linotol and C Holmqvist Entreprenad serve property owners, developers and construction companies with flooring solutions mainly for logistics and industrial purposes. The new group generated combined sales of c. SEK 810 million in 2022 (pro forma) and has c. 190 employees.
